Support Group Holiday Party

On Wednesday, November 27th, we're having a holiday party in support groups. It's the day before Thanksgiving for all my American friends, and it also just so happens to be my birthday so we're celebrating BIG. And I know as transplant recipients we have a lot to celebrate and be grateful for.
