If you were in our support group last night, @coopscadoop mentioned some really great tools for coping with holiday stress and navigating mental health with the holidays.
I used Gabriel's tool of talking to an AI chatbot today about a small scale stress that I was having around the holidays, and I was surprised by how helpful it was! I got some really good ideas too of things to try that I probably wouldn't have thought of if I was only focused on my perspective of my stressful situation.
I also really loved @GlenRuffino 's tip of renegotiating on your own terms and saying What I can do for you is...
