I take Myfortic. It does reduce my ability to fight off warts. Not a big deal, but it is a side effect. It also gives me severe indigestion, but I take another med for that.
I also take Sirolimus. For about the first 2 weeks I had mouth sores. Then that stopped. Sirolimus also causes some kidney damage and increases blood sugar.
I have had one skin cancer removed, but I might have had it anyway?

I’m only on advagraf now (long lasting tacro) but I started out on more (I was on cellcept and prednisone for a bit). The first year was rough. Prednisone was the worst as far as side effects went, and I’m incredibly grateful to be off of that. I don’t notice really any side effects anymore, which I also know is a huge blessing. No skin cancers (surprising considering I’m a pale redhead), no sores or issues with wound healing, I don’t get infections more or “normal people sick”, I don’t even really have tremors anymore. I feel incredibly fortunate that the drugs are the least of my worries
