Just realized my morning dose was short one prograf. Is this serious? I'm <4 hours until next dose.

Definitely agree with letting your team know. I wouldn’t worry about it too much - things happen. And it was just once so it’s not like this is a routine thing for you
Good question and people should know. I made sure to find how Prograf works in the body for this exact reason, what to do if miss a dose. Is it race to the ER or I'll just wait for the next dose?
Prograf works over days. Missing 1 total dose(whatever your dosage is) will drop your overall blood levels levels slightly. If you were to look at an Excel chart for a week's Prograf daily blood levels, the missed dose might be more noticeable than the normal measurement variations.
I am not a doctor but this is what I gleaned from online research as well as during discussion with my doctors.
Try really hard to get to right every time. But mistakes happen, and as far as I learned, are not critical.

One miss is not a big deal. If four hours have lapsed just take your next scheduled dose. Those were my instructions from my team post transplant.
