My podcast will be releasing a special episode for Donate Life Month. We even have this amazing transplant recipient on the episode.
I also have all my family and friends dress up for Blue & Green Day to show support and raise awareness.

I am doing a physical activity daily in April and documenting it to show that exercise is possible and even necessary post transplant!

@Karin That is a wonderful idea! It is so important that we stay active. Even on sluggish days I still get my 3 miles in, I just walk slower than the days I feel good.
