As I prepare for my first 5K walk next month, I was able to walk 3.19 miles. Last year 1 mile was a struggle .
I would love to know what is one of your "YAY" moments
It’s a very small YAY moment, but as a chronic overworker, I let myself rest enough this week to start feeling more myself again 🫶
I would say that is a " Big Win" Self Care is always top priority 💕
one small victory i had this week is that i was able to get good news about my new kidney transplant is doing really well and that i might be able to drive next week so im looking forward to that
@mrmdip I so glad we can celebrate you and I hope will reconsider that to be a big win
5.75 year post liver transplant with metastatic HCC tumor in my lower back.
I was able to drive from Marianna Florida to Milwaukee Wisconsin and received my Pilgrim Degree of Merit. Presently driving to Philadelphia to start radiation treatments on Friday.
Don't let a transplant and recurring cancer get in the way of helping others and living.
