As I prepare for my first 5K walk next month, I was able to walk 3.19 miles. Last year 1 mile was a struggle .

I would love to know what is one of your "YAY" moments

It’s a very small YAY moment, but as a chronic overworker, I let myself rest enough this week to start feeling more myself again 🫶

5.75 year post liver transplant with metastatic HCC tumor in my lower back.

I was able to drive from Marianna Florida to Milwaukee Wisconsin and received my Pilgrim Degree of Merit. Presently driving to Philadelphia to start radiation treatments on Friday.

Don't let a transplant and recurring cancer get in the way of helping others and living.
