Tonight in our support group I shared a little bit of my story, and the work I do as a somatic practitioner and yoga teacher to help people connect with their bodies post transplant. So many valuable resources were shared, and such good conversation had, and I'd love to keep it going.
I wanted to bring back around the mind body video of what I shared last year at our patient conference in New York for those of you who didn't get to hang out with us in person or watch the recording yet.
