I recently learned my copay assistance will be canceled. The lowest price I have found for Prograf is about $1300 a month. I can not afford that and don't want to switch to the generic if I don't have to. (prograf has me stable for almost 20 years-kidney transplant). Does anyone know of a resource?

Maybe try PAN, they help me with my Lenvema. Are you on a Medicare Drug plan?
not on medicare
thanks for the suggestion
Hi! I would try a couple of things. I would visit Astellas' website. I know they offer a discount card and a copay card. The other option is checking Good Rx. It will show the prices and discounts at each pharmacy. Mark Cuban also has a pharmacy program, but it helps cover generic and not the name brand. If you do end up needing to switch to the generic, I would request labs to monitor the tac level to make sure you are metabolizing it the same as the name brand.
Currently I'm taking mycrophenalte predizone tacrolimus and evarous luckily I have good insurance and a specialty pharmacy so I don't have to pay for any medications but I'm sure a lot of these rejection medicines are very expensive
