I am almost 6 year post liver transplant and HCC had returned twice, once in a lymph node near my heart and recently a tumor between my S1 and S2 vertebrae. After resection of the lymph node I started on Lenvema with its many side effects. The tumor in my back was radiated in late May early June. My AFP is now the lowest I recall of 2.2. Does anyone have a similar experience? How much time with a low AFP could I expect before coming off the Lenvema if only for a few months. The side effects are really affecting my quality of life and emotional well-being.
