In our support group yesterday we were talking about diet, and some of the changes we make to better fuel our bodies.
One of the things that came up was "swaps" of things we used to enjoy with healthier substitutes. A few of the mentions were regular dairy for almond milk, or regular pasta for protein pasta.
What are your favourite swaps - bonus points if you share some new recipes!

Oo, love this! I like to swap out tortillas for zuchinni when making enchiladas! Back when I had a sodium restriction, I realized tortillas have more sodium than I thought, and since I did want to have SOME cheese, I started making them with zuchinni. It also reduces the amount of carbs in your meal! I usually add things as I go but here is a recipie for this that I found online. You can use a potatoe peeler to make long, thin zuchinni slices.
