Please excuse me if someone has asked this question already but how many of you or who has been diagnosed or impacted by or with Lupus Nephritis? I'm not sure how common it is but please sound off. Maybe it was someone you know like a coworker or maybe tell us a little bit about yourself if you've had to deal with it.
