In this new episode, guest Gabriel Cooper, a psychotherapist and fellow transplant recipient, joins me to explore an important and often unspoken topic — survivors’ guilt. We discuss how it can impact recovery, mindset, and self-worth after transplant, and why raising awareness is essential for both patients and caregivers.

Listening to this is so helpful and it has made me realize that I still have alot of survivor's guilt to work through. I hold onto it because of the cause of my illness. I feel different from everyone else, and that does make me isolate. Thank you for this.
