Hi Kidney Transplant Community! Lyfebulb is seeking input from kidney transplant recipients. As you know, we are always working with innovative transplant partners to improve care for transplant recipients in the future.

Experiences shared will deepen our understanding of people's experience with anti-rejection (immunosuppressant) medications, side effects, and how you communicate with your care team. You can choose to take one or both parts of the survey. Together, these should take approximately 10 minutes in total to complete.
