I’m looking to connect with folks who either developed type 2 diabetes as the underlying cause of CKD, or who “crashed” into dialysis without really having a clear understanding of what was going on beforehand.

We’re working on a project and would love to share more if you’re open to it. It would take about 5 hours total, and you’d be reimbursed for your time.
