I have shortness of breath, body fatigue, dizziness, and chest pain normal 140 days out?

Im 31 and looking for answers or similar situations and what you did to help yourself? I’ve been to the ER and tests come back normal-ish and they change dosage of my meds and send me off and the symptoms come back.
