Wanted to share here, in case you missed it, a really interesting conversation that we had on Facebook live on Tuesday! @Karin and @AnnMarie and I shared our sometimes different experiences and opinions on how PTSD has affected us both pre and post transplant and how we each choose to walk through it in the way that fits us best. Thanks for sharing! PTSD and trauma and grief have been such a real part of my transplant journey and no one ever talks about it. There’s no shame in struggling with your mental health post transplant!

Absolutely! Writing and talking about what impacted my life helped me to address both large and small issues that had been affecting me in different ways. I was always the one to stuff all the things before!
