The Great Debate: Hotdogs

I am craving a chili dog. Do you eat hotdogs? Am I silly for asking? Should I? Shouldn't I? Why? Why not?

P.S. Almost 3 years post liver transplant.

Try anything once, and everything in moderation. Why deprive yourself of an occasional treat? If we strictly adhered to everything they told us we cant eat we'd all die from the boredom of plain boiled chicken breast. We gotta live a little. I enjoy the occasional hotdog, and regurarly drink kombucha. Gasp! (Also almost three years post liver transplant.)

I do! I'm not a frequent hot dog indulger, but I definitely will if I'm craving it.

I was just saying to someone last week I probably do a lot of things I'm not "supposed to." My motto is don't be stupid - I definitely wouldn't do gas station sushi - but I do most things now. First year post transplant I was a little more cautious, but I also second that you also just have to live a little. Take the risks you're comfortable with. We didn't survive just to live in insulated little bubbles
