How much prograf and myfortic meds do you take after 13yr. kidney post transplant?

I am 13 yr. post kidney transplant and wonder how much prograff and myfortic meds other people take.

35 yrs out. 5 MG prednisone everyothrr day and 1000 MG mycophenolate daily.

I think every body is different and how every individual responds to the medication will be different. I try not to compare my doses with others and remember it’s all based on my particular body chemistry.
they switched me to advagraf a few months ago rather than prograf, and I’m in the process of being weaned off mycophenalate
