Is anyone doing Nulojix (belatacept) infusions to replace Prograf meds?

Wondering if anyone has done the infusions to replace Prograf meds for Kidney transplant? If so, are you satisfied with the results and are you having any side effects from treatments?

Sam - I have been considering this for a while since tac has so many side effects and also ruins the kidney over time. However my team is so risk adverse that it is hard to get them to transition me. Would love to hear from others how that transition went

I just looked this up because I know very little about it. This is only for kidney patients to my understanding? I'm curious to hear other people's responses to it. hopefully it means more new drugs coming for all types of organ transplants
I recently heard of this medication but since I will be getting a heart and kidney I don’t think they will transition me to this.
