I'm going live on Instagram today with living donor Bernice Taylor, a living kidney donor.
She's an amazing Black woman and empire builder. She overcame her own physical illness with fitness, and was able to donate a kidney at age 52.
You can find her on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube sharing her fitness coaching designed for women over 40. She's a badass, and I want to be more like her.
