Where are my people who were either transplanted as a child or were sick their entire lives (genetic diseases…) before receiving a transplant?
I hear from a lot of people who were healthy, everything was going great, and then suddenly got sick and needed a transplant. But where are the people who never had that, who were never healthy?
I feel like we have a different insight on transplant life and the medical world.
so if that’s you, let me know your experience. How do you find your journey different from those who were transplanted or became sick later in life, and what did that teach you?
