In a world where you're taught to shove your feelings down and not be "so emotional", it can be hard to even know what you're feeling. You may have never asked yourself that question before. "What emotion am I experiencing?" In this podcast episode, I share why it takes courage to show up for yourself emotionally and to be honest with how you are feeling. And I share how self-compassion helps you to move forward when you're feeling stuck. You don't have to be at the brink or at the end of your rope to start making positive changes today. With a little bit of courage and a healthy helping of self-compassion, you can start your emotional healing today. Because it's really cool what you can create when you step out of your own way.
