Protruding Stomach after liver transplant

Before my transplant, my stomach protruded out due to fluid buildup and I thought that would go away but it hasn’t. It’s been 15 months now. I’ve have a few ct scans due to pain on my right side but everything has come out ok. Has anyone else had/has this going on and if so, what have you done to help it go back to being a flat stomach.

I had similar symptoms, and it ended up being a massive hernia that destroyed my abdominal wall. I also had right side pain, which came from blocked bile ducts, and those weren't visible on CT, only slightly on ultrasound.

Is it solid or does it feel like fluid? Is it along your incision line? Or over a specific part of your stomach? Those are usually the first things I look at, and then write down as much as I can about it (including pictures and videos) to bring to my doctors.

I would definitely push for further testing/seek a second opinion
