Kristin and Tiffany are amazing! Talking to both of them has expanded my perspective so much on the behind the scenes of social work.

Thanks @AnnMarie !! This should be a good webinar! The social worker is an integral part of the care team. They can offer so much guidance and support, it really could help with the overall outcome of the transplant.

I am fascinated by this topic! I've been having some real struggles lately with communication between my regular hospital and transplant center and I'm wondering if social work could help with this. Thanks so much! I can't wait to attend!
