What are some of your favorite ways to manage your stress (health related or not)?
I love going outside in nature, breathwork, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping.
I always love to hear more to add to my toolbox.

I practice shaking frequently (shaking your body to get rid of stress in the nervous system)
i also have cold showers or ice baths and different breathwork practices as part of my daily routine. And any time I can be out doors, bare feet on the earth, I’m doing that.
