Transplant Medication and Skin Issues

Does transplant medication affect skin/breakouts? I was curious if this is something that is related or if anyone has had success with a good skincare routine. I have been working on this since my transplant and haven't seen much of an outcome. Is it possible that the medication is making it more difficult? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I take 5 mg of prednisone; after my doctors in San Antonio caught chronic rejection; 1 year post kidney transplant on Monday, August 10th, 2020; and the prednisone give me a fungus on my neck and chest
I take 5 mg of prednisone now; I was on a prednisone taper; after my doctors in San Antonio caught chronic rejection on Monday, August 10th, 2020 and due to all the strength of the prednisone it gave me a fungus on my neck and chest
