Anyone on Bela?
What is your experience?
I like that the long term effects on the kidney are less toxic than tac/prograf, but I can’t get it due to my pancreas (hasn’t been approved yet for pancreas).

I'm on it. I have no issues with it. It's a short infusion every 4 weeks. The only downfall is with some of the nursing companies. I get it at home. And the at-home nursing companies can be flaky. So I have to really stay on top of that.
I've been on it now for over 3 years. No complaints about the actual medication.
@Karin Can you use it off-label with the pancreas? Not sure that is worth the risk, if they haven't used it for pancreas yet, though. Are there any documented off-label use-cases?
