What are your favorite methods of exercise? Do you have a practice you follow daily? I find myself being more and more lazy in the fall and winter with shorter days. I enjoy finding ways to be active outside during warm weather.
I definitely have to switch it up from spring/summer to autumn/winter. In the summer I’m out more, and take advantage of things like hiking and swimming. In the winter I still try to get outside because I know natural light is good for me, but my exercise usually shifts to things like Pilates and weights. And I try to keep a consistent yoga practice year round
