The TransplantLyfe – Temple Health 2025 Patient Summit featured dynamic panel discussions where patient-identified challenges were addressed directly by medical experts, researchers, and patients. Attendees heard real stories from patients and families and received practical tips from healthcare providers that they could use right away. All sessions were delivered in simple, everyday language.
We aimed to bridge the gap between the medical world and the everyday challenges that patients face. At the summit, we talked openly about real barriers such as navigating the healthcare system, understanding medical information, managing costs, and building trust with providers. The focus was on elevating the patient voice and sharing practical, down-to-earth advice that patients, families, and professionals could all put into practice.
Whether someone was a patient, care partner, or clinician, the TransplantLyfe – Temple Health 2025 Patient Summit offered a unique opportunity to engage with and learn from others, and to become more empowered in their transplant care.
