"I decided to enter the Donate Life art contest because my partner, Justice, had a liver transplant when they were 6 months old. Without that transplant, I would have never met the love of my life. The plants and flowers symbolize the growth and life that was donated to Justice many years ago. Justice's scars are a centerpiece for the artwork because they are beautiful and remind us daily what a gift Justice is to us. I hope that this artwork brings joy and hope to the transplant community and the reminder that all our scars are beautiful." – Chloe. 💙💚
