To neat not to share!!

Plus, these were my transplant surgeons. Like they worked on taking part of my liver out. Then he walked it over to the childrens hospital and while they were finishing up putting me back together, they were working on my little guy.
So neat to be able to use two living donors. One for the liver and one for the kident on a single patient. I imagine there was a lot of communication and testing going on to make sure that the two living organs didn't fight with the recipients body. Immuno-suppresant drugs can be amazing, even if we have some draw backs to them as well.
