While transplantation is for everyone, there are still so many barriers surrounding transplant for non white, cisgendered, heterosexual individuals. Just shows how much more work there still is to be done!

I agree to the above statement. SOOOO much work to be done. Also, i learned that the option for a paired kidney exchange program is not available internationally (in some countries). Breaking down the stigma and myths of organ donation is another biggie!
