I picked a great time to get injured!
but it also reminds me of one of my favourite tools which is that wellness isn’t about forcing yourself. There are so many ways I can care for and support my body without being able to walk 5k or go to a sweaty fitness class. Wellness is so much more than walking or swimming or lifting weights, and that’s what this challenge always reminds me
@AliEm14 This the perfect time for you to master Mind & Body. You can set goals for Deep Breathing, Mediation or even other Health & Wellness such as Hydration and Healthy Eating.
I remember when I couldn't walk, I did chair exercises, I hope you recover well. Remember to always go at your own pace
yoga is best to keep your body fit. And eat healthy meals like so many things you can do it.
I take a short walk every day at lunch time. Anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. I never document it. I actually use it as a mental break as much as physical movement. My son sometimes gets frustrated with me because I won't even have my phone and it doesn't document my steps which results in low step totals for the family! 🤣
