So apparently we're all brushing up our knowledge by doing some learning on Duolingo. If you're there, and you want some new friends, let's drop usernames so we can find each other. Let's create a transplantlyfe crew!

it's a language learning app! I'm learning French, but there are so many languages to choose from
@TiaBean Duolingo is great and it’s free literally, YouTubers use it as well to learn new languages
there are “Plans” but you don’t need them, Super & Max basically give you extras and you don’t have to wait for Recharge
I took up German @ZestaeMagicka

My username on duo is @DOMWOCH and I'm doing Spanish! I'm on day 92 and so far, it's been Jeanmarie who keeps me accountable so it will be good to have some more friends and friendly competition

My username is @awesomeJM123, and I have a 1,608-day streak. I’m so proud of it. What makes me especially proud is that I never broke my streak, even after receiving my kidney. There I was, just hours after surgery, high on pain meds, practicing Italian 😂Also, if you pick @Dom , as a quest partner, she only helps a little, lol.
Italian and Spanish are the languages I’ve been learning.

But I've also been the person, sick as can be, determined not to lose my Duolingo streak and getting a lesson in when I can barely keep my eyes open. dedication right there
HAHA - this is very true! I do my duolingo like 20 minutes before I lose my streak. Sometimes on weekends when I have a little time, I am a better partner but otherwise I'm low key the worst lol
I have never used this platform but I know people who use it and enjoy it. Not sure I am ready for learning another language at the moment, Speaking English is difficult after brain damage from encephalopothy but I like this idea and will keep it in mind.
